Owner Max spent time patiently explaining why the fungi/mould on my panels could lead to damage of panels and decrease solar capture. He also clearly explained options and costs for replacing panels only, or a new installation when required in future. Technician Mike arrived on time, was very polite and clearly explained what he was doing and why, including approximately how many kWh the panels should capture per day in clear weather. Showed photos of before and after clean. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in future for residential electrical and solar requirements.

We had an urgent problem with our switch board. AIS were out within an hour of calling them. They resolved the issue and were very generous with their time and advice. Highly recommended, very professional, friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend! Great work, super helpful. Had a weird intermittent issue on the same circuit after installing 2 additional outlets, but seemed to stop after few days or so. I told them and they came out and had another check over it. Peace of mind is much appreciated!

Professional service with the desired outcome

After having solar panels installed by AIS when it came time to install a battery we decided to go with AIS again. Both times nothing was a problem and there was lots of communication as they proceeded through the day.

Really pleased so far – fans work well and the lighting is exactly what we were after around the side of the house. All other maintenance requests also continue to work and meet our needs. Thank you and we look forward to doing business with your company again in the future.

Luke was a lovely young man who assisted with checking our solar panels and inverter yesterday. He was able to see that the system is working, the panels are intact, however need cleaning. Since the system is nearly 10 years old, this was to be expected. Luke gave us advice re: safely cleaning the panels and also how to shut the system down in the event that we experience another cyclone, or particularly heavy storm. We were most impressed with the service provided.
