Rewired my whole switchboard as per PW2 Gateway 2 requirements. Installers when far and beyond tidied up and labeled every cable. Ran new cables due to last installer using incorrect cable. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

I know the difference based on history and research. I have done a lot and found the this business has been around for many years and the factual knowledge has been the difference.
No issue (and I was the issue) had no trouble keeping the knowledge and the how to up to date and advising me of anything and everything. Their workmanship was next to none and proven warranty on the products was next to none.

Amazing team of absolute professionals who installed our solar in one visit. During installation, we also asked about electric car charger and they magically installed this on the same day too! Not to mention fixing our tv aerial while they were up there. The team are super friendly and knowledgeable and no request is too much trouble. Follow up service and support second to none. We chose AIS to upgrade our security and latest smoke alarm system coupled with heat detectors in exposed areas in the home. They arrived as agreed on time with all the components ready to finish the job. On site training by knowledgeable AIS staff with programming and key inputs from their head office staff. I highly recommend AIS with any security work coupled with licensed electrical modifications needed to get the job done. A one stop shop.

I found AIS through a neighbour's recommendation. I Could not fault the experience and happy to recommend the AIS business.
Great communication and very prompt responses to our requests.
Easily understood explanations and recommendations - user friendly language.

The installation was perfect and the install team very customer orientated. They also left a very tidy worksite.
AIS actually did what they said they would do - no over promising and under delivering.
Our new system was up and running and performing 100% the same day as install.

Owner Max spent time patiently explaining why the fungi/mould on my panels could lead to damage of panels and decrease solar capture.
He also clearly explained options and costs for replacing panels only, or a new installation when required in future.

Technician Mike arrived on time, was very polite and clearly explained what he was doing and why, including approximately how many kWh the panels should capture per day in clear weather.
Showed photos of before and after clean.

I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in future for residential electrical and solar requirements.
